Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

So I had trouble knowing what to call these. Because one: It's quite chocolatey-almost dark. And two it's not as peanut-buttery as a reeses cup, but you can still taste the peanut butter.

First: I'm not a fan of peanut buttery treats, but these, I LOVE. There just so darn fudgy.
Second: My whole family LOVED these. Like smother with your tongue and close your eyes kind of love.
Third: I need more healthy treat ideas to get me through NOT splurging on UNhealthy things.
Fourth: They are dark chocolatey and you don't taste TOO much peanut butter but you still taste it.
And finally: These are the easiest healthy treats I've found thus far, so enjoy. Thoroughly.

INGREDIENTS-
1 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter (or smooth if you want zero texture;)
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla

(To make this so healthy and happy, use organic oil, homemade or organic peanut butter, raw honey, good cocoa and homemade vanilla).

DIRECTIONS-
First slowly melt the coconut oil over the oven on med/low in a small sauce pan and when it's almost all melted, pour in the peanut butter and honey and stir it up so it's all a little warm, not hot. Take off the stove and add vanilla.

Get out your food processor (or blender-I think would work fine). Put the warm mixture in and add your cocoa and mix it all up. You don't need to mix much.

Pour into cupcake liners (about a half inch). Freeze for about 10 minutes
(To hurry the cool-down process for the impatient group like Mwah). Then keep refrigerated.

YIELD: 20 cups
{If you half this recipe you can make about 24 small mini sized cups}

*I have big front teeth. I love my big teeth...but when it comes to 'bite' pictures it looks like a rabbit chewed on it*

Let me know if you make these! The only thing is, one cup is still a little much for me, so I'm thinking I'm going to half this recipe and make bite sized cups with mini muffin tins and liners.
