I tediously cut out small pieces of crafting paper and simply mod podged a design onto these thrifted plates originally from Pier One. Seriously...that's all I did...there's not much else to it.
I didn't originally like this first plate, I thought it was too....extravagant?
This is going on my craft do to list now. :)
