I TOOK THREE BLAND BLACK PLATES
from the D.I. and used my "bird design" from an earlier post to make some more, but I didn't use paint this time. It was a lot easier just using scrapbook paper. All I added to these 3 plates were MOD PODGE & PAPER!!!
