SO EASY!
RECIPE:
2lb Raw Almonds
Bake at 350* for 10 minutes on cookie sheet.
In Sauce Pan Stir together
2 1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Water
and now cooked Almonds
Bring mix to a boil.
Boil for 5-8 minutes continuously stirring
and until almonds are coated. (You'll need some muscles towards the last couple minutes of stirring).
Spread out on cookie sheet and break apart the clumps with a utensil.
