WEIGHT LOSS GOALS!!!

I ♥ losing weight! It's such an accomplishment! After having a baby (and feeling LARGER THAN LIFE for a few months), it's the best feeling to lose some pounds and watch them come off and feel that success. So if you're trying to lose weight, let's make sure you're making the right GOALS!
SO, LETS DO IT LADIES!
One thing I love to do and find helpful (a lot of people dont like to, but I sure think it helps) is telling people your goals. Then you work harder on not letting them down too. At the bottom of my blog I have a WEIGHT LOSS GOAL SCALE that shows you all how many lbs I have left to lose! The scale mentions my BMI, which by the way I think
BMI is a hoax...(CLICK HERE) to find out why. (Ya, my BMI is under 25, but I know I'm unhealthy right now. Dont use it as a comparison).
AND most of all, dont compare yourself to anyone else. You're NOT them, you're NOT planning on BEING them, so stop comparing.
BE YOUR OWN KIND OF BEAUTIFUL!!!
Weight-loss goals can either help or hinder, your weight-loss efforts.

And this weight loss thing ARGHHH!!! I know I need to be on a diet. That's awesome that you are putting yourself out there and holding yourself accountable. Good luck, girl!

I want to put a weight loss ticker at the bottom of my blog too, but I can't figure it out. I built the ticker, but when I try to paste it onto my blog it tells me there are illegal characters. Can you help me out? Thanks!
