MINT OREOS...{homemade}

COOKIE DOUGH:
Mix together...
2 Duncan Hines devils food cake mixes
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
CREAM FILLING:
Cream together...
1/2 cube butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 2/3 c. powdered Sugar
1 bag Andes Mint Chips (optional and highly recommended)
I would suggest these because they're prettier...
But somehow always end up using these because they're more available.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* AND BAKE FOR 8 MINS.
(OR IF YOU DO MINNY COOKIES LIKE ME AND CAN FIT 18 ON A PAN COOK FOR 6 MINS).
DOUBLE UP THE COOKIES WITH FILLING IN THE MIDDLE!
AND SERIOUSLY ENJOY.
Dip these suckers in milk :)
