*Use a small-tooth comb
If you're a beginner, this is the perfect way to cut your bangs.
Once you get the hang of it, you can skip the step of cutting STRAIGHT accross with your scissors horizontal. Instead you would comb your bangs down like usual and point cut with your scissors at about a 45* angle (and not have to do it at the end). NEVER cut your bangs straight horizontally and leave them. ALWAYS texturize, whether you 'point cut' from the beginning, or wait to 'point cut' at the end.
